I use notepad to troubleshoot html code, and a week ago, I used to be able to use the Go To or control-g to go to a specific line in the text, now, the Go To and Statusbar are both inactive for some reason. This seems a no-brainer, but Vista does seem to have some of these. Thanks in advance.

To use the Status Bar or the Go To, you need to turn off Word Wrap. This has always been the case with Notepad. Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User "klegg"
