There are a lot of Microsoft and Adobe programs on my computer. When I click on Start Menu>All Programs , want to be able to organize programs in folders; ie. all the Adobe Programs in a folder. I could do this in XP.

The new location in Vista for the all users start menu is: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu. You can click Start and then right click All Programs and select Explore All Users and get to the same location.
The user specific start menu folder is in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu.
Then you can arrange things as you like.
