After installing Vista Home Premium on a computer I built myself, I noticed the visual affects not working properly. I've only had it a couple days, so I am still getting used to everything. I created another account for another person, and their accound shows all visual affects. I have checked my settings, and all affects are turned on.
I know there is nothing wrong with my system. Everything runs fast. So...
Why does the visual affects work in the standard accound, and not in my administrator account? Anybody else have simmilar issues?
