I have two identities in Outlook express.. When I imported everything into Windows mail the second identity and it's address book did not import.. of course I want to keep the address books separate. One is personal the other business. For reference Identity 2 is actually my main personal, that's the one that did import. This is the one set to open when I open express.

You will have to manually browse to that Identity's folder to get the e-mail if you upgraded or copy ALL the dbx files for that Identity to the other computer then import from that folder.
Address book, you'll have to export it as a Comma Separated Values text file and import that into Contacts.
