When clicking on an email link within the text of an email or in an Internet Explorer document instead of opening a 'new message' in Windows Mail dozens & dozens of blank Internet Explorer pages open with the email address in the url line ... ctrl/alt/delete stops this.
I have now also installed 'Outlook' but don't use it ... instead of the above a pop up is displayed 'Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook'. Windows Mail is attemting to open an html document instead of a 'New Message'. Any suggestions?! |

Go to Control Panel \ Default Programs and make WinMail and IE default and see if that fixes it. steve "IanF"
