Hi . When I get a mail and there is a link to Unsubscribe etc, it does not seem to work. I have looked for a tick box in tools but to no avail. Can anyone help me with this

Never respond to Spam, it only lets the scum bags know that your address is live, then they sell it on. Simply hit the delete key. |

Sounds like your WinMail has not acquired the MailTo handler. Go to Default Programs, then click the first item: "Set your default programs." After a few seconds a list of programs comes up. Click on Windows Mail. To the right you should then see "This program has all its defaults." If it has less than ALL of its defaults, fix it by clicking on "Set this program as default." I agree for unknown senders. But unsubscribe is appropriate for trusted senders like Macy's or other businesses you have dealt with in the past. Gary VanderMolen |
