Hallo every one, Each Time Just after Windows Vista has started Up, a popup window appears with following message: <<"HelpAware has stopped Working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available >>. What can be the cause of this message ? regards, Ricy

You look in the Application Events there may be an error message there showing what's wrong. It's off of Control Panel, Admin. Tools and the Events. |

There was same problem at my PC.
I have removed following line from registry: -HKLM\..\Run: [HP Update Assistant] C:\WINDOWS\system32\HPAware.exe- and deleted *hpaware.exe* from c:\windows\system32\ folder. and problem is solved..
