I have a new Sony laptop with Vista and am getting an error screen very similar to the blue screen of death but it says "bad loop caller". I have no idea what is causing this but it appears most often when changing any control panel object settings and is occurring quite frequently. Any suggestions?

Did you buy it with the Sony Root-kits included :-))
