I can't seem to figure out how to change the teal colored bar inside the window frame in Vista (the one with "organize" and "views", etc.). Changing the window frame and title area color is easy enough. Thanks!

well that is because you cannot do that ...
that is the one theme MS gave you.. isnt it enough? lol
Lets see.. wind98 had a limited version of "plus" preinstalled with at least 8 themes... XP had 3.. Vista has one... whats next? I see a steady decline.. the next one will have no theme or interface... Windows Zero.
There is a new patch for windows vista themes out but I wont give you the link because its a hack... and it might not be stable.. and I have not tried it first so I can know if doing that is a good idea.
and there is also windowblinds (shareware) that can do anything you can imagine with themes..(but it doesnt work that well in my opininon)

The New Zealand pics from MS Bliss are nice and they work well with Vista. And...the Sample Pictures are better than nothing more than what came with Vista. I hope there will be some relaible additions to the Vista safe downloads for Backfrounds, etc. If the third party site works well, please let us know.
