When I start IE7 the order of the toolbars, top to bottom, are Address bar, Google toolbar then Links bar.
If I now open favorites and anchor the favorites to the left side of the IE7 text area the order of the toolbars becomes, again top to bottom, Google toolbar, Links bar then Address bar.
I could get used to either configuration but constant changing is somewhat distracting.
Anyone experienced this phenomenon or know of some solution?
Thanks,
Lou

Sorry for the hasty post. Should have done more investigation first. The problem does occur as described but only if I modify the registry to place the menu bar at the top. Without that modification, the order of the toolbars remain the same regardless of the favorites status.

Hi Lou,
No, but make sure you have LOCK THE TOOLBARS checked in VIEW-TOOLBARS. Glad to here you got it back.
