When upgrading from Windows XP to Windows Vista Ultimate Edition, the following error occurs: FatalError PANTHR Unhandled exception (code 0xC0000005: ACCESS_VIOLATION) occurred at 0x7489D637 in C:\Windows\system32\oobe\migcore.dll (+0047D637). Minidump attached. Installation is terminated and rolled back. This information was logged in the file C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log.
Does anybody knows what's wrong? Thank you all
