Hi, I am running Vista Home Premium with Windows Live Messenger. When I try to have Webcam Conferences the whole of the Messenger freezes for about 5 minutes where it says 'Messenger cant connect you to ...., Please try again later' this is the same for when i try my webcam and the contact webcam and its quite annoying. This has been happening ever since i got my new computer with Vista on it.
any ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated |

Sounds like it could be a driver issue on your webcam. Does your webcam work ok outside of Live Messenger? I have Vista Home Premium 64-bit w/Live Messenger as well and I don't have a problem with my Creative Instant Webcam. It did take a bit to get the driver to work ok from the 32-bit to 64-bit version of Vista though.
