Hi. Well my windows Xp all of a sudden stutters about every 3-4 seconds whenever i play something such as music on windows media player or youtube video or any sites with video on it. It stutters when i play flash games or computer games also.
When I mean stutter i mean that the sound shakes up while the video freezes for a bit and then it plays fine for another 3 seconds before it repeats.

You seem to have gotten a bit off the track. This is a newsgroup for Vista performance and maintenance. I suggest you post to a Windows XP newsgroup. Probably best to start by posting to windowsxp.general newsgroup.
