You would be eligible to buy a retail Upgrade Editon of Windows Vista, but you cannot do an inplace upgrade from Home Premium to Business. You would have to do a custom (clean) install. If you wanted to do an inplace upgrade, then only Ultimate would be able to do so.

Thanks you for your information. I will do an full clean install with Vista Business because I prefer that in case I need to reinstall in the futur. The price is the same between Ultimate upgarde and Full Business. I appreciate your help
