I have table cell turning blue when I type in them. First letter is a light blue but by the fifth letter the blue shading is to dark to see the letters. I have the same version of Word 2007 running on the same hardware in XP and there are no problems. I un-installed Office and did a re-install but that did not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I had the same issue. I removed the "Different First Page" command icon from the quick access toolbar in Word. Or delete the "word.qat" under local settings\applications Data\microsoft\office (This will reset your quick access tool bar).
