I have table cell turning blue when I type in them. First letter is a light blue but by the fifth letter the blue shading is to dark to see the letters. I have the same version of Word 2007 running on the same hardware in XP and there are no problems. I un-installed Office and did a re-install but that did not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I had the same issue. I removed the "Different First Page" command icon from the quick access toolbar in Word. Or delete the "word.qat" under local settings\applications Data\microsoft\office (This will reset your quick access tool bar). "Dick De Vries" wrote:
