Bought a new laptop with Vista and Windows mail on it. My old computer had XP and Outlook. Saved the PST file, copied to new laptop and in Windows mail tried the file, import mail option. Then I choose the Outlook format, but immediately receive an error message telling me that importing from MAPI clients was not possible - an error ocurred.
So I never even get to the part of choosing a PST file. There is no help or explanation. Someone have a tip? Or do I have to buy Outlook on the new laptop as well? |
