everytime i load win mail it asks for user name and password i tick the remember box but when i load again it asks for my user name password how can i stop it asking every time

Try removing the account and close and reopen winmail and then add it back again.

I also have the same problem as Ian. Being a computer novice, can you tell me how I go about closing the account and reopening winmail and adding it back again? Thanks.
