When you create a mail (message) rule in Vista Windows Mail, it always defaults the application of the rule to after message arrives.
Is there a way to apply the rule after the message leaves the Outbox, so that the copy of the sent message goes to a particular folder automatically? I tried manually to delete or modify the Rule Description in the Rule Description box, but it only allows you to modify the underlined values. Vince G.

No, received only.
You can manually apply a rule to the Sent Items folder but it's one you have to leave unchecked to automatically run.
