I have 3 email accounts set up. My provider has confirmed that all 3 should work. My default is the only one I can log into. When I type my user name and password in for the other 2, the security box just keeps poping up. I sent a test message to all 3 addys, and it sent all three to the inbox on my default account.

Something fishy going on here. If account #2 and account #3 don't work, how did you manage to receive three replies when you sent one test message to each of the three accounts?
Are all three accounts under he same Windows user?
You say "it sent all three to the inbox on my default account". Do you have more than one inbox? Unless you have message rules set up, incoming messages will always go to the common inbox.

Double check you have entered in all the information.
POP3 server name. SMTP server name. Username (in correct form) Password Does it require authentication?
Each account has it's own username and password.
Tools | Accounts, you should have an e-mail account set up for each.

Have you entered all three in Tools | Accounts?
It sounds like they are aliases for the same mailbox on the server, so the first account to check the server will download the mail for all three accounts.
