When I shut dowm my pc runing vista it comes up with the following message : the following programmes are still runing syssafe.exe this programme is preventing your computer from shutting down. I installed this programme for personal reasons but I need the pc to shut down without displaying this message ,is it possible ?
I would appreciate any help as I am not at all technical and cannot ask my husband for help !

That syssafe.exe software is not programmed properly or is not compatible with Vista. You need to contact the maker of that software to get a resolution for the problem.
