I recently upgraded my hard drive and can not activate windows vista premium because the upgrade version product key was used on my old drive, how do i activate my new hard drive?

If it will not activate over the internet then simply telephone the activation line and tell them what alterations you have made. Please note that, to start with, the activation line is automated. However, if the automated line cannot activate your pc, then you will eventually be transferred to a 'real' person. Just be patient. The call is free anyway.
