Where can you get Windows Vista Boot disks? Are they available?

All the retail Vista CDs are bootable and have all the repair tools available so there is no need for boot disks.
Or were you meaning these: microsoft.com/windowsvista/1033/ordermedia/default.mspx

IIRC, the boot CDs for Windows XP were not available for several months after the public release of Windows XP. If they are coming for Vista, they may still be weeks or months away.
